Was very helpful on pointing me in the right direction to what would be best for my home.  Next guy sets up the installation appointment .. he was very accommodating as I work in a 24-hour business sometimes finding a day off during the week is tough on me.  Next 2 guys come out to do the install.  Both were top shelf fellas.  They worked together as a team, had clearly defined tasks that allowed them to work together as a team and when it was all done, had no problems taking time with me to answer all of my ongoing maintenance questions that I had.  I would have no problem with these fellas coming back into my home to do upgrades or renovations. A+A+A+A+A+A+... if I could.. I would buy the guys that did all that hard work installing my new fireplace a fine Kentucky bourbon!! And.. not the cheep stuff either.. I am talking something like Blantons or Eagle Rare.. maybe even a Pappy Van Winkle!
